Total door-to-site transit: 18 days.

Ilmenite — Anosy region

An ilmenite operation south of Fort-Dauphin imported a 75-tonne concentrator via Ehoala port. The final 45 km to site was on a single-lane laterite road with three weight-restricted bridges. Route engineering included a bridge re-rating survey, temporary culvert installation at two stream crossings, and night-move scheduling to avoid market-day congestion in Amboasary. The concentrator arrived in 11 days from ship-unload.
